فَلَمَّآ أَحَسَّ عِيسَىٰ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْكُفْرَ قَالَ مَنْ أَنصَارِىٓ إِلَى ٱللَّـهِ قَالَ ٱلْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّـهِ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّـهِ وَٱشْهَدْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ
But when Jesus perceived their denial, he said: “Who are my helpers for God?” The disciples said: “We are the helpers of God; we believe in God; and bear thou witness that we are submitting.”
(3:52)

Arabic: al ḥawāriyyūn. Lit. Disciples
qaala ḥawāriyyūna nahnu ansarullah

The word "Nasara" is the arabic word for "Nazarenes" which was used to refer to early disciples of Īsa. Quran 3:52 says that the disciples of Īsa were God's helpers (Ansar/Ansarullah). The word "Ansar" is derived from the Arabic root word "nasara", which is where the term "Nazarenes" or "Nasara" comes from. In this context, the verse is describing the disciples of Īsa as a supportive community that helped each other in their faith.
It's worth mentioning that Quranic verses are often multifaceted and may have different level of meanings, and this could be one of the interpretations, but it's not the only one, however to interpret the Quran correctly we must use the Quran itself and the language used in the Quran to interpret the Quran accurately within the context of the Quran, this is called Tafsir Al Quran bi Al Quran wa Lughat al Arabi which means Explaining the Quran with the Quran and language of Arabic.
